Jonathan is a barrister in the London employment group. His practice embraces the full breadth of employment disputes across a range of sectors, with a growing focus on complex discrimination claims and employment status.
He has extensive experience of litigation in the High Court, Employment Appeals Tribunal (in both England and Scotland) and the Employment Tribunal and has represented clients in numerous multi-day and high value claims. Jonathan has acted as counsel before professional and regulatory bodies in various jurisdictions in the United Kingdom and overseas.
Jonathan’s non-contentious experience includes advising on pension claw-backs, multi- jurisdictional corporate transactions and the enforcement of restrictive covenants. Jonathan has a particular interest in discrimination in services and has acted on a number of such cases recently.
