Céline is admitted to both the Paris and the Luxembourg bar. She specialised in finance law, including asset-based finance, syndicated and bilateral lending, asset-backed bonds with a focus on capital call financings and real estate financings as well as portfolio transfers and restructuring. Celine acts for all market participants: lenders, borrowers, senior, junior and mezzanine debt players.

Céline also specialised in real estate restructuring and insolvency work, working with lenders and borrowers and with insolvency practitioners.
