atrick is Head of the UK Dispute Resolution Group. A partner and solicitor advocate (All Higher Courts), Patrick is a commercial dispute resolution specialist with a particular focus on contentious competition matters, cross-border disputes, civil fraud cases and arbitration.

Patrick specialises in advising clients in regulated industries including energy, life sciences, TMT and financial institutions.

Litigation and international arbitration department of a leading international law firm in London for nine years; itigation managing associate Simmons & Simmons 2009. He is the author of numerous articles and has spoken at conferences on a various topics including cross-jurisdictional cartel damages claims and the criminalisation of cartels. Patrick is a former judicial assistant at the Court of Appeal and was for a number of years a visiting lecturer at the London School of Economics, teaching on the International Arbitration module of the LLM.
