Pim provides pragmatic corporate tax advice to asset managers, investment funds and corporates. He is specialising in fund structuring, acquisitions and disposals of investments and related corporate matters including management participations and restructurings.

Pim is a managing associate based in our Amsterdam office. In 2022 he completed a secondment to a Dutch independent private market fund manager where he worked on a wide variety of matters including fund raising, acquisitions and disposals, asset management and co-investment structures.

Pim obtained an LL.M. in both notarial and tax law and joined the firm in 2013. Further deepening his knowledge in EU and international tax law, Pim obtained an Executive LL.M. in EU and international tax law at the International Tax Centre in Leiden in 2023.

Pim is a member of the Netherlands Association of Tax Advisors (Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs).
