Position
Alfredo's core areas of specialisation are capital markets, corporate and banking. He has been involved in a variety of international transactions such as major initial public offerings, privatisations, mergers and acquisitions deals, debt issues, syndicated loans, repackagings, securitisations and other complex structure finance transactions.
Career
Alfredo joined the financial markets team, in London in January 1997 and moved to the Madrid office in February 1999. He attained partnership status at Simmons & Simmons in May 2006. Alfredo is head of the national practice group for financial markets in Spain.

He was admitted as a lawyer in Spain in 1997 and as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1998.
