Sandra Esquiva-Hesse has been practicing for over twenty years. She has built up a strong experience with clients including international companies (mainly mid and large cap companies), entrepreneurs, investors or institutions in their corporate, financing, structuring or restructuring (carve-out, special situation, distress M&A), insolvency and liquidation proceedings operations. She has significant experience in multinational transactions and litigations

Sandra Esquiva-Hesse is a member of several professional associations. She is Vice-President of the International Women's Forum France and a member of IFPPC, AFFIC, ARE and the French-American Foundation. She is also a Trustee of the Hertford British Hospital Charity.

Sandra graduated from Columbia Law School, Universita degli studi di Bologna and Université Panthéon Sorbonne. She has been a lawyer at the Paris bar since 2006 and in New York since 1998.
