Ivo is a partner in our banking and finance practice in Amsterdam. His wide-ranging experience covers, amongst others, matters from general corporate financings to leveraged buy outs and real estate financing transactions. He has a particular focus on syndicated lending, multi-jurisdictional (secured) financing arrangements, real estate finance, warehouse financings and loan portfolio transactions.
