Emrecan is a supervising associate in the Financial Markets team in Amsterdam. He advises a broad range of (inter)national corporations and financial institutions on cross-border banking and securities transactions, relating to amongst others, debt financing, real estate finance, project finance, acquisition finance and structured loans.

Emrecan also has experience working on capital markets transactions and advises public and private parties that are dealing with insolvency.
