Davide specialises in all aspects of Italian and EU competition law and advises clients on a wide variety of competition law matters, including merger control, cartel cases, abuse of dominance, restrictive practices and vertical agreements. He represents Italian and international companies in proceedings before the Italian Competition Authority regarding violations of competition law and unfair commercial practices as well as in subsequent appeals before the competent administrative and civil courts. He also provides support in legal proceedings involving compensation for damage due to violations of competition law.

Davide assists clients in matters concerning state aid, distribution agreements, discount policies, unfair competition and abuse of economic dependence, as well as during inspections and dawn raids. He often participates in antitrust IT investigations and internal audits and is experienced in the preparation of antitrust compliance programmes.
