Nicholas is a partner in our Financial Markets group within the Banking team in Milan. He advises clients on a broad range of bank finance and capital markets transactions.

He has a significant track record representing domestic and international arrangers and lenders, sponsors and borrowers in high profile transactions within the Italian market.

Clients also benefit from Nicholas' proven ability to take a lead role in complex, multi-jurisdictional deals combining loans and bonds in the context of corporate and sponsor-driven acquisitions.

Nicholas joined in 2016 and has been practicing as an English solicitor since 2000 and an Italian Avvocato since 2007.
