Darren has broad ranging transactional, advisory and tax disputes expertise. He leads both the UK and international tax practices and has a market leading reputation for his tax advisory practice advising major investment banks and asset managers.

Darren advises on a wide range of tax issues, with a focus on clients in the Financial Institutions and Asset Management and Investment Funds sectors. He has extensive experience in the corporate and individual tax issues which arise for such clients. He also regularly acts for clients in relation to their disputes with tax authorities, across a variety of taxes.
