Karl is a Partner and leads the Employment and Workplace Relations team at Hall & Wilcox. He is an experienced litigator and a skilled negotiator, and provides clear, strategic, and cost-effective advice.
With over 25 years of experience, Karl advises clients across a broad range of employment and industrial issues. He is highly experienced in providing advice on negotiating and implementing enterprise agreements, defending unfair dismissal claims, discrimination claims, and contractual disputes.

Karl joined Hall & Wilcox in 1995, and has been a Partner since 2004.
