Matthew is a Partner at Hall & Wilcox and is co-lead of the firm’s National Financial Services and Insurance Industry Group. He also heads up the National General Insurance team.

Matthew's practice includes: managing personal injury, disability, professional indemnity, D&O, MPL and EPL claims; advising commercial clients on risk/insurance related aspects of their business and legal review of insurance programs/policies including excess layer and reinsurance policies; and advising insurers and intermediaries on policy development and associated regulatory considerations including exemptions, pds statements and distribution, and regulatory considerations in the event of a potential breach or a commercial transaction.
