Julika is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Team.

Julika's principal area of practice is corporate and commercial law.  Julika has particular expertise in advising on commercial contracts, terms of trade and distribution agreements, undertaking and managing due diligence investigations in the context of business acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions, advertising campaigns, consumer law, and intellectual property rights, privacy law and foreign investment.

Julika is the current Asia Pacific Vice President of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance.

Julika started her career at Hesketh Henry, she was admitted to the Bar in 2009. She became a Partner in January 2023.
