About Faiz specializes in competition law and has completed B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Institute of Law, Nirma University in 2019. Prior to joining JSA, he worked with the competition law team of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. Faiz is currently handling several high-profile enforcement matters relating to cartel, other anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominance, and competition law issues in dawn raid. On the merger control side, he has successfully advised and obtained approvals from the CCI for several complex transactions.
