Ruoting Xie graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with master degree in Economic Law .

Ms. Xie has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2009 and was elected as a partner by the partners’ meeting of our firm in 2014.

Ms. Xie specializes in litigation and arbitration involving international and domestic trade, intellectual property, financing, and real estate issues. Ms. Xie has presented several companies in their cases, including China Huarong Asset Management Co.,Ltd, China Citic Bank ,China National Pharmaceutical Foreign Trade Corporation, New World China Land Ltd, etc.

Ms. Xie was admitted to PRC bar in 2007.
