Xie Peng is an accomplished lawyer with 2 years’ practice in Hualian Law Office from 1999 to 2001, a law firm directly under the Ministry of Justice.  He joined firm in July 2001 and became a partner in 2008.

Xie Peng specializes in litigation, arbitration, investment, corporate advisory matters, real estate, construction, mergers and acquisitions, asset reorganization and intellectual property.

On the litigation and arbitration side, Xie Peng has extensive experience and sharp analytic ability by successfully representing both domestic and overseas clients in about one hundred arbitration and court cases in recent years.

On the security offering and capital market front, Xie Peng has advised on many security offerings of Chinese enterprises with listings on the Hong Kong or the mainland China stock exchanges, covering the industries of communication, clothing, real estate and food.

Xie Peng obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate in 1999, and is a member of All China Lawyers Association.
