Attorney Yi JIN has dedicated nearly two decades to the field of competition law and antitrust, amassing a wealth of professional experience. He has made significant achievements in various areas including antitrust litigation, antitrust investigations, review of concentration of undertakings, and corporate compliance. Currently, he serves as the deputy secretary-general of the Competition and Antitrust Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association and the deputy director of the Antitrust and Anti-Unfair Competition Research Committee of the Beijing Chaoyang District Lawyers Association. In these roles, he actively engages in industry exchanges and the development of regulatory standards. As the managing partner of the Antitrust Department at King & Capital Law Firm (“King & Capital”), attorney JIN not only leads the department’s growth but also oversees its daily operations and management, ensuring that the department provides efficient and professional services for clients.

Attorney JIN’s accomplishments in the antitrust field are noteworthy. He has successfully handled over 200 notifications of concentration of undertakings, many of which involved transactions by well-known multinational companies. These cases span a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, shipping, energy, automotive, food, publishing, media, education, and sports. His expertise and exceptional skills have resulted in numerous landmark cases, earning him widespread recognition and acclaim within the industry.

Attorney JIN has not only achieved excellence in the field of legal services but has also actively engaged in the work of industry organizations and institutions. He serves as a member of the Competition Committee and the Arbitration Committee of the China Chamber of International Commerce.

Additionally, he has been selected for antitrust and anti-unfair competition expert pools across various regions nationwide. In addition to theoretical contributions, attorney JIN actively participates in practical activities, including fair competition reviews, third-party evaluations and training organized by local antitrust enforcement agencies, contributing his wisdom and efforts to the healthy development of the industry.
