Career

Naomi is a specialist inheritance dispute lawyer and one of England’s leading practitioners in this complex field.

She leads an experienced team representing clients nationwide. Her areas of practice include claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, challenges to the validity of wills and beneficial interest claims involving estoppel and constructive trusts.

Naomi’s noteworthy successes include the Court of Appeal estoppel case of Ely v Robson [2016] and the unreported trust and probate claim of Williams v Praine [2021]. Naomi has taken numerous claims to trial and has an enviable success rate at mediation.
