Ms. Yu graduated from Northwest University of Political Science and Law in 2003, and immediately joined the Beijing headquarters of Beijing Kangda Law Firm, engaged in government legal counsel, administrative litigation, major and difficult civil and commercial litigation business, and is now a senior partner of Beijing Kangda Law Firm and the secretary of the Fifth Party Branch.

During her practice, Ms. Yu focused on government legal counsel and real estate law business. She has provided legal counsel services to the former Beijing Municipal Construction Commission, Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Beijing Xicheng District People’s Government, Beijing Xicheng District Housing Administration Bureau, Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources Xicheng Branch, Beijing Chaoyang District Sanjianfang Township People’s Government and other government agencies. She has also provided special legal services to the Government Offices Administration Directly under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the People’s Government of the People’s Republic of China, the Beijing Municipal People’s Government, and the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Finance. She has also represented Shimao Group, Guorui Real Estate, China Fortune Happiness and other large real estate companies in litigation cases, in the housing transaction, administrative registration, real estate development, housing expropriation, demolition and construction has a wealth of work experience. In 2008, she was invited by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China and the Beijing Municipal Housing and Construction Commission to participate in the revision of the 2000 version of the “Commercial Housing Sale Contract” model text as a key member of the research group.

In 2014, she was invited by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China to give lectures to the staff of urban housing management authorities nationwide on the model text of the new version of the Sale and Purchase Contract of Commercial Housing (pre-sale and current sale).

In 2018, she was commissioned by the Beijing Lawyers Association to participate in the revision and discussion of the Regulations on Urban and Rural Planning of Beijing.
