Kangda Law Firm

The Guangzhou Branch of Kangda Law Firm was established on March 8, 1996, and has been firmly rooted in Guangzhou ever since. The total number of lawyers at the Guangzhou Branch exceeds 100, including over 100 full-time lawyers, more than 20 trainee lawyers and legal assistants. All of them graduated from prestigious universities both domestically and internationally. Some full-time lawyers have overseas study or work experience, and the majority hold master's degrees, with several holding doctoral degrees. Some part-time lawyers are renowned legal experts and professors from Jinan University, Sun Yat-sen University, and Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. Additionally, there are several full-time practicing lawyers licensed in both mainland China and Hong Kong.

The Guangzhou Branch has established strategic partnerships with several well-known universities both within and outside the province, including the Law School of Sun Yat-sen University, the Law School of South China Normal University, and the Intellectual Property School/Law School of Jinan University. Kangda Law Firm Guangzhou Branch operates collaboratively with the support of its headquarters in Beijing and over 20 branches nationwide. In 2009, the Guangzhou Branch was jointly recognized by the Guangzhou Judicial Bureau and the Guangzhou Lawyers Association as a standardized law firm in Guangzhou.
