Career

Lei Lei has more than 20 years of legal experience, specializing in finance, real estate, the recovery and disposal of non-performing assets (NPAs) from banks, debt restructuring, and bankruptcy reorganization. She possesses a deep legal background and excellent litigation skills. Starting from 2001, she has cooperated with American investment firms such as Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and DAC to acquire and successfully dispose of approximately 20 billion yuan worth of NPA claims from Chinese state-owned banks.

She leads a team that provides specialized legal services for NPAs and individual case litigation and recovery representation for major financial institutions. She has established a long-term strategic partnership with well-known Asset Management Companies (AMCs), participating in the establishment of NPA funds and providing comprehensive legal services, facilitating the rapid conversion of non-performing loans into cash.

Lei Lei has led and participated in several large and medium-sized corporate bankruptcy reorganization cases, including serving as administrator in the Xinglong series enterprise bankruptcy reorganization case. In cases such as those involving Northern Heavy Industry and Huishan Dairy, she provided specialized legal services to creditors, earning significant recognition and praise from clients.
