Career
CHEN Jian passed the Legal Professional Qualification Examination in 2004 and worked in the Legal Department of Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. from 2004 to 2010. In July 2010, he practiced in Hunan Xianghe Law Firm. In December 2013, he co-founded Hunan Xiangda Law Firm and served as senior partner and executive director. From 2018 to 2020, he served as deputy director of the Public Interest Litigation and Legal Aid Committee of Changsha Lawyers Association. In 2021, he joined Kangda Changsha branch as a partner. Mr. CHEN has served as the legal counsel for state-owned enterprises, real estate companies, construction companies, catering companies, construction cost consulting companies and other organizations, and has handled a large number of major and complex cases in civil and commercial field.
Representative cases: Represented Hunan Satellite TV Broadcasting Channel against Dongyang ** Media Co.,Ltd. and Dongyang **** Media Co.,Ltd. in a dispute over the right to broadcast two television programs and won the lawsuit (the amount of the subject matter was nearly 300 million yuan); Represented Changsha Jinxiang Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd. against Hunan **Development Co.,Ltd. in an arbitration case regarding the dispute over construction contracts for construction projects (the amount of the subject matter was 33 million yuan).
