Career

ZhOU Jin was qualified as a lawyer in 1998 and was a full-time teacher in Hunan Judicial Police Vocational College, teaching Administrative Law, Jurisprudence and other courses. In 2006, she co-founded Hunan Xianghe Law Firm, and served successively as director and executive director. In December 2013, she co-founded Hunan Xiangda Law Firm and served as senior partner and director of the Department of Civil & Commercial Litigation and Arbitration. From 2013 to 2017, she also served as the deputy director of the Administrative Professional Committee of Hunan Lawyers Association. In 2021, she joined Kangda Changsha branch as a partner. Ms. ZHOU has served as the legal counsel for many administrative agencies, real estate companies, investment companies, state-owned banks and other organizations, and has handled many highly complex cases in the civil and commercial litigation and non-litigation field.

Representative cases: Won the first case of invalid confirmation of independent guarantee in Hunan Province; Represented a chemical company in Hunan against a German company on the first foreign-related dispute in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture (the amount of the object of action was more than 14 million yuan).
