KANG Xiaoyang joined Kangda Law Firm in 2008 and has more than ten years of practice experience. He has extensive experience in domestic IPO, domestic and overseas mergers&acquisitions, private equity and  financing.

Mr. Kang has participated and led a number of A-share IPOs, including but not limited to Beijing eGOVA Co,. Ltd., Risen Energy Co.,Ltd., Beijing Xiaocheng Technology Stock Co., Ltd., Beijing Transtrue Technology Inc., Guangzhou Haozhi Industrial Co., Shenzhen Jingquanhua Electronics Co., Ltd., Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd., Shenzhen S.C New Energy Technology Corporation, Anker Innovations Technology Co., Ltd, Zhejiang Zoenn Design Co., Ltd., JIN FU Technology Corporation Limited and Shenzhen Hui Chuang Da Technology Co., Ltd. He has also provided legal service for over ten various companies including Nutrichem Company Limited in listing on the new third board and NEEQ Select.

Mr. Kang has completed some well-recognized domestic and overseas M&A projects including representation of China Merchants Property Operation & Service Co., Ltd. in its acquisition of China Merchants Property Management Co., Ltd., representation of Guangzhou Haozhi Industrial Co. in its acquisition of Infranor Holding SA and Bleu Indim SA, and representation of Palm Eco-Town Development Co., Ltd. in its acquisition of Belt Collins International (HK) Limited.
