Position

Shunta Doki is a partner of Oh-Ebashi LPC & Partners in Japan, based in Osaka and Tokyo. He has studied law in three countries, Japan, the US and the Netherlands, and has worked in four international law firms in Tokyo, Osaka, New York and Amsterdam. He is familiar with US and European law as well as Japanese law. His main areas of practice are M&A, corporate litigation, environmental regulation and ESG matters. He works across a wide range of industries, but has a particular strength in renewable energy. He has written extensively and commented widely in the media on sustainability issues. He is a member of the Japan Association for Environmental Law and Policy and the Asian Society of International Law.
