Partner. Main area of work is property litigation, mostly for commercial landlords but also includes all aspects of commercial and residential property litigation including dilapidation claims, 1954 Act renewals, enfranchisement, service charge disputes, possession proceedings, party wall disputes etc. Clients include William Pears Group, Safeland Plc,  Create Reit Ltd, Cromwood Housing and a number of private commercial landlords and high net worth individuals. Other areas of work include general commercial litigation, insolvency, construction, planning, and professional negligence matters.
