Position
Head of litigation and dispute resolution team. General commercial litigator but wide experience of property, insolvency, banking, finance and shareholder disputes as well as arbitration. Active in the promotion of mediation (CEDR Panel mediator). Clients include public and private companies, banks, professional services firms and individuals.
