Career
Fred brings over 25 years of experience to his role as a partner in our Tax team. His practice has a particular focus on corporate finance work, mergers and acquisitions, and structured investment products. He has worked with all of New Zealand's major banks and many of its biggest corporations. Offering both tax advice and litigation services, Fred is a highly sought-after tax specialist.
Fred has been a partner with Russell McVeagh since 1995 and started at the firm in 1992. In his early career, he worked at Rudd Watts & Stone and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
