Jesy is a partner in our Real Estate practice. She has a wide range of experience in real estate matters and advises on complex acquisition and disposal of properties, property joint ventures, property developments, sale and leaseback transactions, commercial and industrial leases and tenancies, build-to-suit transactions, and integrated infrastructure schemes. She also advises on integrated property developments involving strata planning and management.

Transacted properties include development land, industrial land, estate land, Malay Reserve Land, land beneath water, reclaimed land, under-construction development and office building. She has advised and represented leading property developers, multi-national corporations (MNC), government linked companies (GLC), foreign direct investors, data centre companies, listed companies, receivers and managers, and liquidators.
