Rose Marie M. King-Dominguez is a partner in SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan. She is a member of the firm’s Special Projects, and Banking, and Finance and Securities departments. Her specializations include telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) including fintech, investments and business law, mergers and acquisitions, data privacy and life sciences.

Ms. King-Dominguez has been cited as a leading lawyer in the Chambers Asia-Pacific, Legal 500 Asia-Pacific, the IFLR1000 rankings, and the Who’s Who Legal: Telecommunications Media and Technology 2017.

She is a faculty member of the University of the Philippines College of Law and regularly lectures on data privacy. Ms. King-Dominguez is a founding member of the Philippine affiliate of Societa Dante Alighieri, a non-stock, non-profit organization that promotes Italian culture.

Ms. King-Dominguez obtained her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of the Philippines, where she was the chairman of the editorial board of the Philippine Law Journal. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1989.
