Tu Ngoc Trinh is a senior associate with the Tilleke & Gibbins corporate and commercial team in the firm’s Hanoi office. Tu handles a range of corporate matters including company formation, employment, commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions, and is a key member of the firm’s top-tier franchising practice in Vietnam. She also contributes her expertise to the firm’s tech/media/telecom, competition, and life sciences practices.

Tu obtained an LLB with a focus on commercial law from the Hanoi University of Law and a Certificate in French Law from the Vietnam-France House of Law, winning competitive scholarships at both institutions in recognition of her scholastic excellence. Tu is a member of the Hanoi Bar Association and the Vietnam Bar Federation.
