Satish is a specialist in corporate sports law, especially in the key areas of corporate finance, corporate acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and start-ups. With over 20 years’ experience, Satish was formerly with Baker McKenzie, Townleys and Hammonds. Satish also advises on commercial agreements, event management, structural issues in sport and the regulations of sporting bodies.
