Orlando is an of counsel who specialises in corporate law, focusing on domestic and international M&A transactions and Private Equity.
Orlando specialises in corporate law, focusing on domestic and international M&A and Private Equity transactions, particularly leveraged buyouts and venture capital. He works alongside private equity funds, entrepreneurs, business founders, family and private groups and/or managers in their acquisition, fund raising and disposal transactions.
He also has experience in management packages, corporate group reorganisations and commercial partnerships.
He speaks French, English, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish.
Orlando is admitted to practice in Paris and the Brazilian Bar. He graduated from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master 2 in Business Law) in France and from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) in Brazil.
