Position

Duncan has for well over two decades worked in the media industry, often for television broadcasters and producers but also for individuals, journalists and celebrities. His areas of expertise include the criminal law, copyright, defamation, privacy, confidentiality, sports issues and phone hacking.

Duncan also works for authors, bloggers and online publications. Duncan has been involved in many of the issues important to the media in the last few years including the Leveson LJ Inquiry, "Superinjunctions" and cases making sense of the new Defamation Act. He has a "hands on" approach, often working at clients offices to ensure projects are completed, reports published and reputations protected or restored.

Duncan is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
