Position
Jean-Baptiste Beauvoir-Planson is a lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience and heads the Corporate Banking & Finance team jointly with Victor Regnard. His practice focuses on a broad range of corporate matters.
He has been active in the Luxembourg capital market space for more than 10 years with offerings and listings of equity and debt instruments in Luxembourg and abroad, takeover transactions, as well as shareholders’ activism. He now focuses a large part of his attention to securitisation transaction as well as private debt offerings.

Jean Baptiste is admitted to practise in France (Paris), where he started his carreer, Luxembourg, and studied in the U.S. (Columbia Law School – New York).
