Clément is an associate in our Luxembourg corporate team.

He advises on a range of debt finance transactions with a particular focus on cross-border real estate finance, acquisition refinancing and corporate lending for international clients including private equity houses and family offices.

He further assists clients on corporate (re)structuring and M&A transactions, corporate governance and joint venture agreements.
