Kelly has specialised in new build purchases since 2009 and now acts on behalf of overseas investors purchasing into the UK residential property market.
Kelly also has experience in acting for high-net-worth individuals on sales and purchases of existing properties and advising clients in all aspects of residential property including transfer of equity and re-mortgages.
