Rebecca is a specialist commercial, IP, media and tech lawyer with considerable in house and private practice across technology, creative and digital sectors. She has advised many owner-managed, portfolio and privately owned tech, digital and dynamic innovator companies across a full spectrum of legal issues including commercial contracts, intellectual property, media, technology, outsourcing, and data protection matters.

Having worked with many multi-national and international clients, Rebecca regularly negotiates commercial, subscription and licensing agreements for emerging tech, brands and digital companies in the UK and overseas. She has considerable experience negotiating strategic customer and supplier agreements for clients.

Rebecca is ranked as one of the top lawyers in Bristol and the Southwest for Tech and IP in Chambers and Partners and her practice areas at Charles Russell Speechlys are ranked in Legal 500 publications.

Advised AI tech unicorn Graphcore on its Collaboration Agreement and Supply Agreement with Microsoft;

Represented Institute of Contemporary Arts on its sponsorship and collaboration with Dr Martens for the ‘Image Behaviour’ series, which provided grants to emerging artists;

Advised James Gin on its expansion to New Zealand, Australia and USA.

Advised technology firm, Technetix on various supply and customer contracts.

Advised Hero Towers, a virtual shopping SAAS platform on all of its commercial affairs including its merchant agreements with leading brands and the integration of the business following the sale to Klarna Bank;

Represented a leading brand on its customer data services platform and related outsource agreements;

Advised on the IP ownership of original artwork for ‘Shaun the Sheep’, an Aardman brand.
