Esther has over 10 years pensions experience advising companies and trustees on all aspects of pensions law. This includes pension issues arising from corporate re-structuring, mergers and acquisitions and auto-enrolment. She has experience of complex scheme funding arrangements and liaising with the Pensions Regulator and the PPF and winding up. She also has experience of equalisation issues and advising in relation to individual member matters.

Esther started her career as a barrister and then worked for the Parliamentary Counsel Office drafting government legislation. She has also worked as an independent professional trustee and was appointed to trustee boards for schemes of all sizes and facing a range of challenges. She has first hand experience of the issues facing trustees and corporates.
