Career

Atty. Doble, a Junior Partner of the Firm, has over twelve (12) years of experience in IP law practice, with expertise in trademark law and IP litigation. Her breadth of experience has made her indispensable to the growth of the Firm’s domestic and foreign trademark prosecution practice, including the Firm’s current foray into domain name registration and audit involving the continuously expanding generic top level domains (“gTLDs”). Atty. Doble maintains the Philippine trademark portfolio of luxury watchmaker, Franck Muller, and the expanding domain name and trademark portfolio of the country’s largest bank, BDO Unibank, Inc. (“BDO”). Atty. Doble remains active in the Firm’s numerous IP litigation cases, putting to use her extensive experience in handling infringement and unfair competition cases before the regular courts, as well as inter partes cases before the Philippine Intellectual Property Office (“IPO”) to preserve and enforce the IP rights of the Firm’s clients. She also handles issues regarding IP commercialization, licensing and novel queries involving emerging internet and/or software-based industries. Atty. Doble is currently part of the Unreal Campaign Committee of INTA which seeks to increase anti-counterfeit awareness among the youth. In 2017, she became part of the Board of Directors of the Intellectual Property Association of the Philippines (“IPAP”), the leading organization of IP practitioners in the Philippines.

Atty. Doble is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Intellectual Property Association of the Philippines (“IPAP”) and of the Unreal Campaign Committee of the International Trademark Association (“INTA”). She is also a member of the Licensing Executives Society (“LES”) Philippines and of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (“IBP”).

Education

Atty. Doble obtained her Juris Doctor from the Ateneo Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from the University of Asia & the Pacific.
