Piyush specializes in Restructuring and Insolvency, Special Situation, Aviation Finance and Structured Finance.
He has acted for Financial Institutions, Resolution Professionals, Bidders, Resolution Applicants, Bondholders and Distressed Debt Funds in pre-IBC resolutions, CIRP process and liquidations. He has advised leading Project Developers, EPC Contractors, Investors and Lenders in relation to acquisition of infrastructure projects and cross border investments.
