The controlling shareholder of a Shanghai-listed corporation in a CIETAC arbitration concerning a joint venture dispute. A Shanghai-listed corporation in a CIETAC arbitration concerning an international trade dispute. A subsidiary of a Hong Kong-listed corporation in a BAC arbitration concerning a construction dispute. A Hong Kong-listed corporation in an ICC arbitration concerning wrongful termination of contract. The controlling shareholder of a Shanghai-listed real estate corporation before Jiangsu Province High Court concerning breach of joint development contract.
