Significant transactions that Fi Ling has been involved in include advising / acting for the following:

A consortium comprising HOPU, Hillhouse, Bank of China Group and Vanke Real Estate and CEO of Global Logistics Properties Limited ("GLP"), in the acquisition of GLP by way of a scheme of arrangement. This deal was awarded "Deal of the Year" and "Best Leveraged Finance Deal" at the FinanceAsia Achievement Awards, 2017, "M&A Deal of the Year: South East Asia" at The Asian Lawyer's Asia Legal Awards 2018, and M&A Deal of the Year (Premium) at the ALB SE Asia Law Awards, 2018. CWT Limited, and its controlling shareholder C & P Holdings Pte. Ltd in the pre-conditional voluntary general offer made by a wholly-owned subsidiary of HNA Holding Group Co. Limited for CWT. Baring Private Equity Asia Pte. Ltd. in the sale of a 73.8% stake held by its investee company, Singapore Retail Group Limited, in Courts Asia Limited ("Courts Asia") through a voluntary conditional cash offer made by Nojima Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. for Courts Asia. Wheelock and Company in the voluntary unconditional general offer for Wheelock Properties (Singapore) Limited ("Wheelock Properties"), where Wheelock Properties was valued at over S$2.5 billion. Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation Ltd ("Keppel T&T") in the acquisition of all the issued ordinary shares in the capital of Keppel T&T by Keppel Corporation Limited by way of a scheme of arrangement. Keppel Infrastructure Trust in relation to the combination of KIT and CitySpring Infrastructure.
