Davida leads the commercial property team at Wynn Williams. She has over 20 years commercial property experience in New Zealand and the UK acting for long term owners, occupiers, developers and investors.

Davida typically works with large portfolio owners, developers or occupiers, advising on a lifecycle approach to optimising value from their property and land-based assets, including acquisitions, development, leasing, portfolio management, repurposing, and disposals. She also assists with all day-to-day portfolio management including seismic, asbestos and operational health and safety.

With a reputation for attaining the highest and best use of assets and portfolios, Davida is a valued member of her clients' wider executive team. She is also highly respected for her experience with negotiations involving public bodies.

As previous General Counsel for NZX listed Precinct Properties, Davida well understands key project drivers and is imminently qualified to support in-house teams to manage internal processes, and to deliver projects from concept to completion.
