Commercial Property

Jenna is a partner in the Property team, based out of the Queenstown office.

Experienced in all aspects of property and commercial law, Jenna has particular expertise in commercial, retail and industrial property including leasing, developments (including aged care), land acquisition and sales and client's portfolio management. She has previously led an award-winning real estate team within a top tier Australian firm, advising major clients and institutional landlords on complex and high-volume commercial, retail and industrial leasing, property developments, sales and acquisitions, due diligence and property-related aspects of high-value corporate and financing transactions.

Jenna also advises retail clients on matters relating to consumer and competition law (including influencer marketing), tourism and hospitality, e-Commerce and digital, IT data and privacy law. As previous In-House Legal Counsel for L'Oréal Australia and New Zealand, Jenna supplements her technical excellence as a lawyer with a rare and highly valued appreciation of her clients' commercial environment.
