The core focus of Andrew's practice is commercial property, specialising in residential property development and commercial leasing.

Andrew has worked with public bodies, private property owners, landlords, tenants and developers assisting them with complex leasing matters, including significant rural leases and leasing off the plan.

Andrew also has experience with greenfield subdivisions and in recent times has added significant value to clients conducting residential infill projects.

In addition to his extensive property experience, Andrew's clients retain him to support them in protecting their interests whether through shareholder or joint venture agreements or through personal asset planning.
