Tim is a Senior Associate in our national Dispute Resolution team. An experienced litigator, he has appeared in the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.

Prior to joining Wynn Williams, Tim spent several years working at the Auckland Crown Solicitor's office where he appeared as lead counsel in several jury trials. He also prosecuted on behalf of a number of government departments, including the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, WorkSafe New Zealand, the Ministry for Primary Industries and the Department of Corrections, as well as providing advice to those agencies on a broad spectrum of regulatory issues. His experience means he is well-equipped to assist and advise clients who are subject to investigation by a diverse range of government departments.

More recently, Tim's practice has focused on providing advice on environmental compliance, monitoring and enforcement issues, as well as conducting prosecution work on behalf of several councils.
