Associate Licensed Conveyaner and Team Leader of the Real Estate Team (Chelmsford office)

Suzanne has worked in Chelmsford for the last 23 years spo has extensive knowledge the local area. After leaving school and getting a job in a local solicitors, Suzanne found a passion for all things property. After working in local firms for 3 years Suzanne quickly realised tat she need to obtain a qulification to pursue her career so enrolled into an evening course at Chelmsfoird COllege whilst working fiull time. Suzanne because a qulified Licensed Conveyancer in 2005.  

Suzanne has done all aspects of residential realt estate but since being at Birkett Long has focused on Commerical Real Eatate and particuallry acting for Propetry Developers. She now  has a loyal base of Developer client who she acts for on the acquisition of development sites

Suzanne negotiates and drafts option agreements, promotion agreements,conditional contracts, overage agreements, deeds of easement and deals with first registrations of unregistered land.

Suzanne is a keen horse rider with her own horse. She enhoys all outdoor activities and is a keen walker having completed Walking with Wounded Challenge in 2015. 

Suzanne has two children.
