Associate

Ana is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at Tees Law, based in our Chelmsford office. She qualified as a Solicitor in January 2017 and worked as a Paralegal since 2010. She joined Tees in October 2019.

She advises on contentious matters for both corporate and private clients, including:

Contractual disputes

Debt recovery

Civil fraud

Intellectual property disputes

Reputational disputes including defamation

Building disputes

Misrepresentation

Partnership and Company Disputes

Insolvency

Enforcement

Alternative dispute resolution

She has also previously advised on GDPR, employment law and Personal Injury and is able to draw on this knowledge to resolve relevant issues
